 Leading Idaho M&A Firm Announces Addition of Small Business Specialist

C&H expands to serve the transaction needs of buyers and sellers of businesses with values under $1million

Boise, Idaho - The C&H Group announced today that Lisa Steele has joined the firm as Small Business Specialist, responsible for assisting clients achieve their goals in either buying or selling businesses up to $1 million in transaction size. In this effort, she will apply her extensive business and financial experience to providing exceptional client service through the same disciplined business transaction process that has distinguished C&H in the Intermountain West region. Steele most recently served as a Realtor for Windermere Real Estate. She is also a third generation Idahoan.

Lisa Steele has a successful background in both real estate and financial advisory managerial roles. She built her residential real estate transactions to over $4 million annually in less than three years through effective targeted marketing, exceptional client service and diligent attention to detail and follow up. She spent over 15 years in the banking and financial services industries focusing on financial analysis, client relations, marketing and product development.

Steel has an M.B.A. in Finance, Cum Laude from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California and a B.S., in Business from the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho. She is actively involved with Zoo Boise, Junior League of Boise, Women’s Council of Realtors, Giraffe Laugh and Kappa, Kappa, Gamma.
