Meg Carlson Named Rotarian of the Year
Boise, Idaho - Boise business leader Meg Carlson has been named Rotarian
of the Year by Rotary Club of Boise. She received this honor in recognition
of her wide ranging community involvement and contributions to various Rotary
service projects since 2000.
Carlson is a principal and co-founder
of The C&H Group, a business
intermediary firm providing transaction and strategic advisory services to
privately held business owners in the Intermountain West.
As a community
volunteer, she has helped raise funds for several new projects, including directing
the startup of the Treasure Valley Rotaract Club, the first community club
for young professionals (ages 18-30) interested in local and international
service and the Computers for Kids Program which placed about 50 computers
at Whitney Elementary School this year.
Rotary is an organization
