LEADING IDAHO M&A FIRM ANNOUNCES ADDITIONS OF BUSINESS MANAGER AND DOCUMENT SPECIALIST

Merger and acquisition specialist expands to better serve the buy-sell transaction needs of privately-held, lower middle market companies

Boise, Idaho – The C&H Group announced today that Kris Jakobsson has joined the firm as Business Manager responsible for designing and managing office practices, due diligence and business processes, and directing all administrative staff to enhance productivity of client support. With more than ten years of experience in business management for a variety of business, government and non-profit organizations, Jakobsson has an MBA, Finance emphasis, from Southern Oregon State College and a BS in Education from Iowa State University.

C&H also announces the addition of Jillian Fra as Document Management Specialist coordinating the tracking of due diligence documents and closing schedules for client transactions. Fra owned her own business, “On the Run” errand service for three years before joining C&H.
